They say they have performed regular maintenance and tuning on it because they periodically have a professional come in and play private parties. You can't even tell from the pictures though, it looks to be in great condition. It has been barely played (no one in their entire family plays piano) and I'm told it has some slight sunfading and a small scratch on one of the legs. It is a Young Chang baby grand, 5'-2", bought new in the late 1980s or early 1990s, model G026354. This is a 2,000 mile trip (from TX to WA) which from some research looks to be about $2,500-$3,000 for shipping. I brought up the idea of having us pay to ship it to us instead and we could get a good deal on a better piano.

My wife's aunt and uncle are moving out of their house and were planning to donate their piano rather than sell it. There is nothing wrong/broken with it but I would love something better.
